Castro V. Trump matures since Trump officially announced that he is running for President, amidst John A. Castro’s new suit challenging his eligibility.
Mr. John Anthony Castro, US 2024 Presidential Candidate whom we had reported delivered a suit to Former President Donald Trump regarding a case filed in the US District Court, Palm Beach Florida, challenging Trump’s eligibility as a presidential candidate given his alleged association with January 6 insurrectionists. Unfortunately, the issue surrounding Trump’s involvement has become a politically divisive issue, that may largely thwart the efforts of real patriots of the US, trying to protect country, our fragile democracy and amenable future that works for all. In deed, politicization of the January 6 issue surrounding Trump and his involvement may prove to be the plot that makes the case against Trump and insurrectionists null and void, given the GOP controlled congress led by a weak McCarthy, and their revenge politics/efforts to go after the democratic President, Joe Biden.
Mr. Trump just announced his candidacy for President in 2024, with a slew of lawsuits. Will he overcome and succeed. He seems to have been doing that throughout his life. Remember the impeachment? What about Trump University and allegations ranging from him being a sexist or misogynist, to being racist etc. Nevertheless, he has overcome all these personal issues that he may be held responsible for someday if not in this life.

However, what has changed this time? He does not have all his men around him; his family seem to have become disenchanted with the idea and the GOP are trying to tiptoe around him. In retrospect, in 2016 Trump was just a dormant figure with no chance, yet he overcame doubts and all his lack and won the Presidency against Hilary who was supposed to be the heir apparent.
However, that was not the case against Biden, and if Biden runs, then the Grand Ole Republicans may stick to their guns to drain the swamp of Trump. Especially if this century has grown up and steadily moving away from Trump with the few who are hoping for something miraculous! Nevertheless, Trump has thrown his hand in the ring, that then strengthens Mr. Castro’s case and give him the “ripeness” that he needs to move the suit against Trump, as he had indicated that the case was still a work-in-progress and trial and error as it was premature because Trump did not announce his candidacy until now.
What comes next is yet to be seen, but the presidential elections are nearing, and this may not auger well for Trump and if so, will we see the same type of extremism on January 6, 2020? We will continue to follow this story.
